About us

The Condo Advocate is a company that specializes in Restoration Project Management. Its founder and current principal is Alan Cadwell. Since its inception in September 1999 the Condo Advocate has helped many owners and has guided many strata complexes through the leaky condo restoration process. We act as an advocate for "U".

Our purpose in offering Restoration Project Management services and hosting this website is to help other condo owners avoid the pitfalls of the leaky condo crises. We believe, if we have knowledge of the process involved in resolving the leaky condo crises, that this then can allow us to take control of an otherwise overwhelming situation. We share this knowledge by offering Restoration Project Managenent Services, exchanging information by imparting our expertise and our experiences of the restoration process, educating others through seminars, and acting as information brokers.

One of our staff members is always available to come and talk to Strata Councils and owners about the leaky condo crises and the services that we offer.
